So I made a Tempest Cleric. And I pre-ordered Critical Role: Call of the Netherdeep. My Tempest Cleric is saying that they have a spell, Undertow, as always prepared... and it's from the CotN book, but it's not out yet? And also not one of the Tempest Cleric's auto prepared spells? Does anyone know what's going on?
Here's the link to my character to show you. It's a 2nd level spell.
DDB devs are probably working on implementing some of the CotN content and accidentally forgot to disable it, and/or, "always-prepared" subclass spells seem to have a bad habit of insinuating themselves into character sheets. I'm guessing the spell is meant to be added to the always-prepared list for Tempest Clerics in that book.

Just came to the forums to report the same thing! Yeah, looks like they're working on the unfinished content and haven't set the parameters right. It doesn't look like the spell wording is quite optimised either yet!
I definitely noticed that too! At first I thought it was a homebrew that one of my other friends had in their collection because of the wording actually.
Thanks so much for raising this to our attention. I can confirm that this is not a new spell for the upcoming Call of the Netherdeep book. This was a mistake on the part of a team member who was creating some of their own homebrew, who accidentally did not designate it properly as such.
We apologize for the confusion this must have caused! Thanks again for letting us know.
