I have purchased the book and all of it's contents so far appear to be accessible with the exception of the vehicles which upon clicking redirect to the book purchasing page which itself states I have already purchased the book.
Sorry if this is a known issue.

I am able to access them with the links you provided as well as regular access. It appears that this particular issue has been fixed.
