When trying to post specifically actions I am getting the [Tooltip Not Found] error. I can successfully post monsters, spells, and items but actions seem to elude.
Does the monster tooltip not work for homebrew monsters? I tried doing this for one of my creatures that I created a stat block for but it keeps giving me the tooltip not found message.

Correct - at the moment the monster tooltip only applies for official content.

I don't know for sure - but I do know its been desired by the community for quite some time. If it will be added, rest assured, we'll let everyone know about it as much as we can! :D
You probably had a no-break space in yours from the copy/paste. Looks like a regular space, but it’s coded differently ( ) which screws up tooltips.

This is the above with spaces:

Am I doing something incorrectly?

the action tooltip is used for an action taken in combat - e.g. dodge, search and ready.
