For some reason the standard character creator is not working for me. The quick build is, but it’s not what I want to use. I have one home brew race, one home brew magic item, and no sources other than the basic rules. I got error code b757c5a0fdbb476e8559a82cbe77f58b. Any help? Thanks in advance.
It’s entering the standard creator that doesn’t work, and I made the home brew stuff myself. The race works, but I obviously can’t test the magic item.
When I go to create a new character using the standard character editor, weather the help text box is ticked or not, it crashes, and shows an image of a beholder zombie with a 500 behind it, the error code is b757c5a0fdbb476e8559a82cbe77f58b. I have one self made home brew race, and one self made homebrew magic item. No sources other than basic rules and not subscribed. it crashed as soon as I pressed standard editor. I am using safari on iOS.

Hrm. Are you anywhere near the max limit in Your Characters?
Though this is tricky enough you probably need to go ahead and submit a support ticket. Just so you know, they have a large backlog, so it may take a while.

So that was the problem apparently, but wtf are those that are unsubscribed only allowed six characters on site? Kind of against (what I think is) the spirit of dnd, you know, having fun above all else and all that. Thanks for the help :)
I just had a quick check and there's nothing wrong with your account that would cause this.
Please check if you have any browser extensions that might be editing the site content and causing an error (especially if they are extensions designed to change D&D Beyond).

Post the url to your character sheet so someone can take a look.
Is the homebrew race one you made or a published one? Just because a homebrew race is published doesn't mean it can't be broken, unfortunately.

Does the error page show a Beholder Zombie or an Ancient Black Dragon?

Does the error happen right after you click the Standard Build button? If you got further, which step was the last one you did successfully?
Did you click the Help checkbox before you started the process, or leave it unchecked?

Are you able to get a copy of the URL for the character?
A moderator would then be able to go in and remove the homebrew that is causing a problem.
If you are unable to copy it from your browser URL (because you are at an error page), does the following work?
