So it looks like you can no longer access the subscription management page. If you try to, you just get sent to the subscriptions page. I sincerely hope this isn't WOTC actively preventing people from cancelling their subscriptions. Feel like that would be quite illegal.
Just tried with no adblocker, extensions or VPN and still the same issue. Although there is a chance this isn't DDB's fault, a lot of people seem to be suddenly having this issue, which does make it a bit suspicious.

If you subscribed with your apple account, try going to subscriptions there and see if you can cancel it. I was having the same issue and found out that work-a-round.
It works fine, you're probably just going through the wrong place.
Don't use the marketplace link.
Top-right, click on your avatar, click account, then click the marketplace tab in the lower menu, and you'll see the manage subscription button.

And why I posted a direct link to the correct section of the Marketplace in post #2. In fact, I just renewed my subscription just this morning with no problems. It took 2 minutes, and half of that time was me finding my wallet.
I tried every solution, including yours and they all lead to the same page in the end giving me the same error.
Going to My Account -> Marketplace prompts me to start a free trial (since my previous subscription was cancelled), directing me here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/store/subscribe, where I can't subscribe.
Start your free trial, it’ll let you purchase a subscription at the same time and tack on your subscription after that free trial ends.

Are you running any ad/popup blockers, browser extensions, or a VPN? One of those might be interfering with DDB.

it is similar. The difference being that my yearly subscription expired with the auto-update disabled and I wanted to subscribe again.
Just because you post it doesn’t mean that it works for everyone.
