The Search bar on for the page dose not show partnered content

If quickly want to look for a spell say "dark star" which is partnered content and just search for it in the top seach bar it dosnt show... even tho i own the book.....

I have to go in to rules and then enable partnered content in the filter to find it.... this is slow and really annoying! the search bar at the top should never exclude things u own... as when i search there i want all available things i have.... So i consider excluding partnered content from the search bar as been a bug and should be retified..

Also as default on all the rule pages u should never hide owned content as default.... Have the partnered content as on by default... and have an option to toggle away all unowned content insted.... or be able to turn of partnered content if u dont want to see it....
