I’m making a homebrew race, and I’d like to add a variant to it but when I do it won’t let me add any traits. I’m able to add to the main race easy, but not on the subrace or variant versions. Any idea how to fix this?

You create the variant first (just name and description) then it takes you to a screen to add traits.

These are the steps I follow to add a variant:

• Go to your main race and edit
• You should see as categories "Basic Information", "Racial Traits", and "Add Variant"
• Click "Add Variant"
• Fill out the Name and Description and click Create. You will add traits after this
• You should now be at a screen where you can add racial traits and select the things they replace.
