Created 3 characters as a DM in the 'My Characters' section, however i cant access any of the characters whether to view them or modify them and I'm also unable to delete the characters. this bug is both for Windows laptop and Samsung mobile so not sure whether it is an account issue.
Any advice or known fixes?

If your players think you're reading from a module while you're making everything up, you're doing better than you think!
It appears to be an issue with the special characters in your usernames. Any URL that contains your usernames will be broken. You should each have a nickname credit available. You can use it to change your nickname from your account page.

Typically this happens when you inadvertently have two or more accounts on DDB. If this is the case, you created the characters while logged in on one account, and are now trying to access them from a different account. I would recommend contacting support via the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page (under support). A moderator who sees this thread can check and see if there are multiple accounts linked to your email; if they do, they will pm/dm you more info and instructions for fixing it, but while you wait for that, starting a support ticket is your next step.
