Creating a new Monk character, choosing tools or instruments for proficiency. Everything adds OK, but the unnecessary text "(choose one type of artisan's tools or one musical instrument)" displays in the proficiency section. I haven't seen this with any other character or sheet.
I can confirm that this seems to be a monk specific issue, at least in checking across multiple different classes character sheets of my own, and within my campaign.

D&D Beyond FoundersI located the issue and resolved.
It may require you to edit your character for the change to affect (due to cached content).
