i had a cantrip called celestial burst and now i cant find it after i removed it from my spellbook, it was available when i made my death cleric and i cant seem to find it on dndbeyond at all now.
That was definitely a homebrewed cantrip. Those can sneak in depending on how they are configured, even with homebrew turned off. Your character must have been in a campaign with someone who had that spell in their homebrewed collection and it automatically got shared with everyone in the campaign with them. Your character must not be in the same campaign with that person anymore.

Sounds like a homebrew. Do you have homebrew content turned on?
no i had homebrew unchecked because it was an AL character.
