In a campaign of mine, one of my players was a warlock of Merrshaulk, the Yuan-ti's chief God (the Fiend patron). During the campaign, that player made an oath to Loriliath of the Twisted Tree, a powerful fey being. Would it be possible to have a warlock/warlock multiclasser with two different patrons?

Devious serpent folk devoid of compassion, yuan-ti manipulate other creatures by arousing their doubts, evoking their fears, and elevating and crushing their hopes. From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.
Pretty sure that the rules don't allow a character to multi-class into the same class a second time, so no Warlock (fiend) 3 / warlock (fey) 4 as a 7th level character.
I can't imagine a second patron would be willing to work with the player. You would have been laid claim to by another being, and I don't think they would share.
That being said, I am curious how it would play out for both role play and for combat purposes.
I feel like the new patron would override the old one.

"I have found the answer to the meaning of life. You ask me what the answer is? You already know what the answer to life is. You fear it more than the strike of a viper, the ravages of disease, the ire of a lover. The answer is always death. But death is a gentle mistress with a sweet embrace, and you owe her a debt of restitution. Life is not a gift, it is a loan."
I wouldn't allow this, as I don't think a second patron would be willing to take on used goods. I might allow them to switch patrons and take the benefits/spells of the new patron going forward. If I were going to allow dual patrons, I don't think I'd allow a Warlock/Warlock multiclass, but maybe I would allow the player to choose between the Fey/Fiend benefits and expanded spells when they become available.

That said, if you want to allow a player to do that in your campaign, then go for it - just check out any weird interaction first. :)

Yeah, officially, it's not allowed, but I would definitely allow it.
