Hexblade with blade pact and improved pact weapon, so my overly edgy goliath character in black half plate over a black and red tipped gambeson rests his giant hulking mass of a living hex great sword on the back of his neck over his shoulders, pointing it at his target. which is when the living weapon writhes and opens, splitting longways to expose more of its pure red eldritch energy. He raises his other hand, and points it as well towards his target, and in a booming voice yells BLAST, and instantly a great black beam that glows in red hot energy streaks towards his target from the blade... dealing 20 damage obliterating them
I have an upcoming idea to make Aphelios from League of legends (hexblade warlock/twilight cleric). His EB is basically the gravity cannon that Aphelios wields in game. I don't know if I should homebrew an invocation to also them, or just use grasp of hadar.

'The Cleverness of mushrooms always surprises me!' - Ivern Bramblefoot.
I have an Aasimar GOOlock that made a pact with what he thought was a divine entity, but I patterned it off of the King in Yellow, Hastur. The character is a spry, happy 15 year old that makes everyone around him feel welcome and happy. His EB starts as a halo of poetry floating around his head written in a long forgotten language. Then the halo fires a ball of light similar to a will'o'wisp, but made of thousands of golden writhing tentacles tipped with gibbering mouths spewing the great play in whispered tones. The group still thinks my patron is celestial, and so does my character.

IMHO, Earthdawn is still the best fantasy realm, Shadowrun is the best Sci-Fi realm, and Dark Sun is the best D&D realm.
My warlock puts his hand out (but doesn't have to) and a spectral book appears, the pages flip to certain spots. Then the effect launches from the book, is summed from the book, or magical ball floats up-he grabs it and fires it.
Effectively he's a warlock of the Celestial Libraraian for the Akashic Records.
so when he heals, he's flipping the book and pulling a slice of knowledge out and telling their body about a time when they weren't hurt. Which is a fun fluff. So his eldrtich blast is most often the mote of power that fires from the book, or one that he grabs and finger fires.
My hexblade's eldritch blast looks like an arrow that is absorbed into the target that it hits. I can summon a longbow with my Pact Weapon feature, use it as a spellcasting focus, pull back the string for it, and let loose a magical "arrow" that then can kill a target without leaving behind an arrow.

Ah, so you have the Pact Weapon effectively have unlimited ammo when attacking at range by using it to cast Eldritch Blast? Nice!

Yes, I do. I typically don't shoot this way, normally just use normal arrows, but it is good to psyche people out with magical appearing/disappearing arrows.

Bit late to the party, but for the 4 warlocks I've played so far here are the different Ebs:
My Half-Elf GOOlock who was my first 5e character, an artificer, reincarnated pulls out a spectral pistol with tentacles snaking up the body and fires a spectral bullet that screams as it flies.
My Tiefling Hexlock creates a ball of warm purple mist and hurls it.
My Half-Elf Paladin/Hexlock fires beams of black smoke from his sword.
My Tiefling Fiendlock creates a red mass of flaming energy and throws it with both hands, creating a fiery explosion on impact.

Yeah, yeah, YEAH...!
Especially that first one...damn, that just LOOKS amazing.
red dragonborn warlock of the fiend/pact of chain (imp familiar)
a demonic symbol appears on each hand of my warlock, resembling a dragon. When they attack they glow and spark a few times before a rush of wyvern-like shapes blast towards the target in a blur.
Lutris, whose Patron is the Prince of Frost, shoots an Eldritch Blast that is a condensed ray of freezing force.it looks very much like a bluish white ice bolt.

My Warlock's EB looks like Emperor Palpatine's force lightning. The residual energy after the initial hit is the AB invocation.
My Celestial warlock's EB is a beam of searing, golden light

For my hexblade, it appears as a streak of mist that leaves no mark on its target, and the incantation is whispered.
For my Great Old One, the blast is a beam of starlight and the incantation is chanted in jangling words that hurt to listen to.
A fool pulls the leaves. A brute chops the trunk. A sage digs the roots.

Green bolts of energy surrounded in purple, green, and red aura
My PC throws a vivid purple spear of light, wrapped in lightning.
From My DA page. I commissioned this one from a great artist. He was great at working with me on the color of the ray.

I opt for a transparent distortion pulse. Like Quake from Agents of Shield. Because repelling blast is too fun.

a demonic symbol appears on each hand of my warlock, resembling a dragon. When they attack they glow and spark a few times before a rush of wyvern-like shapes blast towards the target in a blur.
My 'Samurai' Bladelock currently has a shadowgun Eldritch Blast. This is mostly for RP reasons since she's a character with history now.
There is also my Undying 'Snake Witch' Controllock. Her Eldritch Blasts are taking the form of minimalistic black snakes flying out of her arms.
My triggerhappy Fiendlock 'Spellsniper' uses his focus as a gun, his Eldritch Blasts take the form of bullets.
Last but not least, my 'Vigilante' Celestial is a Bowlock. Therefore, his Eldritch Blasts are just more arrows loosened from his bow.
Lutris, whose Patron is the Prince of Frost, shoots an Eldritch Blast that is a condensed ray of freezing force.it looks very much like a bluish white ice bolt.
