I haven't seen a way to do this, and it seems like something that would be really powerful. And also quite simple on the surface.
I'd love to be able to create groups or collections of Homebrew items. It would make managing items so much easier.
Even if I can just make groups per campaign, I could store magic items maybe based on the store they're available in, or things like that.
I searched around for a bit and I didn't see anything like this, but I could be wrong.
It is not a feature available at this time.
You could always put links to them in your campaign DM notes, like:
