Many seemingly innocuous browser extensions just happen to send the right kinds of queries to the server every time the page refreshes and that trips DDB’s the bot detection algorithms. Those need to be as strict and robust as they are since DDB is officially responsible for protecting Intellectual Property owned by WotC/Hasbro against theft. I have even seen something as otherwise innocuous as a Dark Mode trigger the recapta bogart.
Test them individually and find out if it’s one or both. Then you can pass the info on to the appropriate party that their extension has this unfortunate consequence. They might be able to update their extension to resolve the issue. It is not unprecedented.
I have been testing them, and it appears it was both them, as well as Facebook Container and one of my anti-tracking add-ons.
Will notify the add-on makers when I can, because I have been adding homebrew for use in future character concepts and possibly future campaigns and I really don't want my add-ons tripping the captcha every five to ten minutes, even if I haven't been adding anything for those five to ten minutes.
I will probably also have to do the IT thing and "turn it off and on" again as well.
Edit: Turned all of them on and off again, and I did suspect the right ones, it seems like. I also turned the "Allow Site" on for Facebook Container, so I feel like it's safe for the moment.
Thanks for the help, now to go back to adding homebrew to my collection for my strange little character concepts... I have a lot of those.
I just added a bunch of homebrew to my collection now that I'm a member, and I feel like I added a reasonable but small enough amount.
However, it seemed to have tripped the captcha, and gave me one that was glitched when I tried to use it.
Is this having to do with my browser extensions, the site, or ReCaptcha itself?
Thanks for anyone who can help me.
Edit for clarification: I use Firefox and also have a lot of privacy extensions. I'm assuming it's one of them, but I can't be too sure.

I looked at all the browser extensions, and I have a feeling it may be either Privacy Badger or HTTPS Everywhere.
I will turn them off and see if I can access my homebrew collection now.
Edit: Turned them off, now I can access the homebrew collection. Seems like I will have to keep them off while browsing D&D Beyond now.
