Arenlor asked for the Cust Support ticket number so it could be passed on, without the ticket number I can't get to it any faster.
it's not your fault. The player is just very pessimistic as he has lost a lot of accounts due to that hack. He closed his ticked so I can't pass it on
Can you tell the player we can help - I just need the ticket number so I can reach out. Having multiple accounts hanging is not something we want for the database, so helping to delete the unwanted ones (and getting the player back to the main account they want to keep) is what we want to do.
Please get me the ticket number. Doesn't matter if they closed it I can still look it up.
A player in my campaign has had his linked e-mail hacked and can't log in on here after the maintenance-everybody-gets-logged-out situation.
Is there any way that I, as their DM of almost 3 years on this platform, can verify their identity to your customer support?
