Which is so weird as the mobile app has a sort button for owned products. Although it doesn't apply to old ala cart purchases unfortunately. I'd like to see that functionality as well. A way to sort all owned products whether full books or ala cart that creates direct links to those entries.
Not that I think it will help, but I sent in feedback complaining about the lack of a "my library" on the desktop site. It's in the app! Why wouldn't it be on the desktop?
I'm new to D&D and thought I was a moron for not being able to figure this out. I just bought Heliana's Guide and was excited to look it over on my PC. Turns out I have to bring it up on my phone? Very confusing interface for a desktop website...
This sucks ass. I can see what I bought but can't seem to find the books themselves.
Menu > Sources > View All Sources > Type "Library" in the box.
You're welcome.

Oh so, with this feature I can filter character options, items, etc. by what i own???? No it still does not work that way, we still have to wade through a bunch of false leads to content that ends up being blocked.

You can use sources to see what you own.
You can use the search tools (Game Rules menu) and then in the filters you can filter by those sources. You can even then make bookmarks to make it easier in future. So, yes you can indeed filter character options/etc to stuff you own.

It just seems like a super simple addition and HUGELY convenient for us paying customers to add such a feature. I have spent hundreds of dollars here, and I think a USEFUL and quick way to use the content I own would be nice.
Yes I understand I can manually go in and check a bunch of boxes to sources names that are cut off and incomplete... I get it.
But DNDbeyond, doesn't get what a lot of their paying customers want.
Well.... I just tried to create an encounter. I looked for the setting that says "Filter by OWNED content".... nope not there.
I didn't say Encounters. I said search tools under Game Rules. That is where you look up things. It would be nice to have filters in more places but that isn't the purpose of this thread (how to view which books you own). And while not as convenient as you would like, it's still easier than using physical books.
But DNDbeyond, doesn't get what a lot of their paying customers want.
They also do get what a lot of their paying customers want. They cannot do everything that every customer wants immediately. They have a small team who have to prioritise the constant stream of new content being added as well as working on ongoing projects and then somehow try to find time to work on minor stuff that a few people on a forum ask for.
It's not as simple as you think.

You can find the books in the main menu under Sources, or here on the Sources page:

Still an issue. The above poster is correct, but there should be a simple and easily found "My Library" button.
Type "library", into the search box.

How is this not a feature they couldn't add or fix in over 5 years? lol
They did. A year and a half ago. See above.

Gonna need more explanation about what you're trying to do then. What do you mean "can't seem to find the books"?
Menu > Sources > View All Sources > Type "Library" in the box.

It is DNDbeyond's attitude and turning a deaf ear to the voices of it's customers.... That is driving SO MANY to other TTRPG systems.
