So I made a homebrew feat that give the ability to read, speak, and write in all launguages, but it is not showing up on the character I equipped it too (in the proficiencies and languages sidebar). Can someone look into that?
Did you attach ( Modifier: Language->Subtype: All) to the feat? Did you then re-save the entire feat using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button under Basic Information? If you didn’t the system won’t pick up the new Modifier.

I am not a Mod or Staffer so I cannot see your homebrew, but try re-saving and waiting 20 minutes. Also, do you use Beyond20 by any chance? That extension frequently interferes with DDB.
Weird since you can add 'All' manually on the sheet.
The “All” language exists in the system so it can be applied to statblocks, but none of the official player options include it so far. Even though it is listed as a Modifier Subtype, it likely is coded in the content creation platform to not work for anything besides monsters. But the character sheet has to have the capacity to add it directly to enable things like DM boons.
(I believe I remember that it used to work as a regular Language Modifier Subtype, but then it either added it to the list of languages on the sheet instead of replacing all the languages the PC knew previously, or else it did replace them and none of the individual languages would get listed. Either way, it led to some confusion about a year and a half ago so I think they deactivated it for player options.)

Yes, I did. I fact, I made a homebrew race with all languages, and it STILL does not show up! Here is the link: https://www.dndbeyond.com/races/882114-devil

It's not a mistake in your homebrew, Language - All doesn't get displayed in the proficiencies box on DDB.
Helpful rewriter of Japanese->English translation and delver into software codebases (she/e/they)
Well, to be fair it’s meant for monsters, not PCs.
