So, I'm trying to view LMOP, but it won't let me for some reason. I have an account, which I first created by logging in through Twitch. Would that affect it?
Regardless, my account page says everything is synced, yet LMOP not visible under my Marketplace. Both Spelljammer Academy and the new Flourishing Dice Set are both there, so there isn't a problem with me claiming newer offers. I know others have had issues too, so it could be some sort of unresolved bug.
When I go there, the box says "Sign Up Today" even though I already have my account. That's why I'm wondering if D&D Beyond doesn't properly recognize this account created through signing up through Twitch. I even tried clicking "Sign Up Today" again, but all it does it reauthorize the Twitch settings and bring me back to the main page with the same account.
The only thing I can see properly is if I click on the cover art link. Clicking anywhere else sends me back to the post where it still says Sing Up Today. It's very frustrating.
Ensure you're logged in; Lost Mines of Phandelver is only available for registered users but doesn't require claiming.
If you still don't see it after you've confirmed you're signed in, check your entitlements are in sync
There's no need to claim this adventure! Lost Mine of Phandelver is automatically unlocked for existing users and new users going forward! All you need to do is sign up for a D&D Beyond account and the adventure will be available under "Sources" in the menu.
Not Seeing Your Copy?
It may take a few days for your copy of Lost Mine of Phandelver to hit your account. But you can speed up the process by syncing entitlements on your account. To do so, go into your account settings and click "Sync My Entitlements."

Yes, I'm logged in. Yes, it says everything is synced. I've already checked all that.
I can see and access Spelljammer Academy just fine. LMOP is not listed under my Current Product Licenses. It doesn't seem to matter what I do, it won't allow me to access it.
The only thing I can think of is because I created my account through Twitch, it will not recognize my account properly for some reason.
I've just verified with an account that was created using Twitch and it was able to access Lost Mines of Phandelver without needing to make any claim or sync their entitlements. I would recommend you submit a support ticket here

I'm not concerned with AI, just LMOP.

And my Twitch account is properly linked to D&D Beyond under My Account.

It does show me the table of contents but if I try to click on anything, it takes me back to the post about claiming the adventure.

Agreed. But what can be done? What can Support offer me for this issue. Do I have to try to engage through the Help Portal or e-mail someone?
