They're not free spells (although Bigby's Hand does have a free version called Arcane Hand). So, have you purchased them or have them shared with you in the campaign your character is in?

The campaign the character is in has all the content purchased as far as I can tell, I think Bigby's is in Player's Handbook. I tried the custom Feat workaround as well though and the spell isn't in that list either.
If you click this link, what happens? https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/bigbys-hand If you cannot see the spell, you cannot access it. That means that particular content is not being shared to you.
If you can see the spell, then it might be that the content is being shared to you, but in a different campaign by someone else. If that’s impossible, post a link to your character sheet.
I can see the spell, and the content is being shared by the DM in the campaign I am in. I don't own any content myself. My source page screencap is linked in my previous comment.

That's not an image of what your DM is able to share, it's just an image of what is available on DDB.
The list of what your DM owns can be found by them if they click this link https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace and scroll down to “Current Product Licenses.” You will not be able to check that, if you click that link it will show you your purchases, your DM has to do it.
Is your character actually in that campaign - did you use the Join link and make or add your character there?
Or did you make your character by just clicking create a character from the My Characters page or by clicking the Character Builder in tools?
In order for you to see and use shared content in the character sheet your character must in the campaign where the content is being shared with you.

Right now the following level 5 spells don't seem to be available in the drop down. This is just a short list out of spells I was interested in using in Magical Secrets. I made sure I have spell slots available and that the level is appropriate. They also seem to be for the most part standard spells in content that I have access to. The character is showing as joined to a campaign that should include all the content with the DM's subscription (it was added with an invite link) The DM purchased access to all content in 2018 which should include the Player's Handbook spells to be sure. I can also see the individual spell descriptions for each of these spells in the reference material.
Posting the link isn't going to help us determine why you can't add a spell. Considering answering the questions asked by myself and IAmSposta.

Okay, so it appears that some Player's Handbook spell content is not available in the dropdown but General Rules content is. So that could be related to that, although this is the first time I have run up against any missing content at all. I checked and I have access to the Player's Handbook bard spells when managing them in my character sheet, or when looking them up, but not in the dropdown for Magical Secrets. It still appears to be a legit bug of some sort.
I just did some cross referencing, I have access to other Player's Handbook spells across the same classes, so it appears just related to specific spells as far as I can tell. For instance, I have Cloudkill, Arcane Hand, and Animate Object in the Magical Secrets dropdown, all Wizard level 5 spells in the Player's Handbook, but not Bigby's Hand.
I just solved the issue. It is only happening in Chrome. I couldn't get the sheet to load in Internet Explorer at all, so I switched to Firefox and it was available within Firefox. Strange issue, still not sure what that is about but it was an effective work around. I checked an all my Ad-blocking software already had dndbeyond whitelisted.
One of my friends just levelled up to level 6. He is a Lore College bard and for his magical secrets he wanted crusader's mantle (a 3rd level spell) and Tasha's mind whip (a 2nd level spell). Since I was the one editing the character sheet, I should be able to use any content that I own, however these spells did not show up on the list of available spells.
You can only apply content you own to someone else’s character sheet if that sheet is in the same campaign with you and someone with a Master Tier Subscription has enabled Content Sharing for that campaign. If all of that is true then even that person could add content you have unlocked to their own character sheet. If content sharing has in fact been enabled for that campaign then you and your friend should both check that your Account Entitlements are in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace). If your entitlements are in sync then whoever activated Content Sharing needs to turn it off and back on again.
I am the DM of that campaign, so that allows me to edit my players' character sheets using content I have unlocked. I have done this previously and it has worked, however this time it did not.

If you are running a VPN or any chrome extensions then that would be the problem. They don’t play nice with DDB.

I am having the same issue with my Magical Secrets at lvl 14. I can not add Soul Cage. I have access to Xanathar's.
Can you provide a link to the affected character?

I created a copy of the character, changed the college I was in, and then I was able to choose soul cage.
