I run free Intro to D&D groups using AL content (14 groups / ~100 new players since last October) and share soure books with the new players during the campaign and for a few months afterword's (or longer if very active) and cycle new players in and out of my shared campaigns as they occur. After a couple of players remarked about not being able to find/add certain magic items (Potion of Fire Breath as one example) I noticed a few (not all) of my campaigns did not have the Dungeon Masters Guide (and a few other books) added to the shared content. I've tried multiple times to add the content using the Share All option. I've synced my entitlements, used multiple devices (Different PCs, Laptops and Mobile). I've turned off all sharing for 24 hours, then tried Sharing All content again the next day and still no change. Any other thoughts or help would be appreciated!
The behavior is consistent with your not actually owning the DMG on DDB. You see, when Content Sharing is enabled, all content owned by anyone in the campaign is shared. So if some of your players in some campaigns own the DMG then it would only be shared within those campaigns but not the others. Please follow the following link and confirm you own the DMG on this website by scrolling down and checking your current product licenses: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace).
