Not sure what's going on but, when I go to make a Cleric, I don't have the option to use the Order Domain, despite having purchased the item specifically and having double checked my purchases. Any clues what's going on?
Order Domain was first published in GGtR, which means it's a Magic: the Gathering setting item. Make sure you have the MtG filter on/red/right in your character preferences.
The Order Domain was originally published in the Guildmaster’s Guide to Ravnica, which was a M:tG setting. On the Home tab of the character Builder, the toggle next to “Magic: the Gathering Content” needs to be on (red, to the right).
Can't see any sort of warning. I purchased it as part of Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. I've been able to see it before. There's just now nothing. If I try to make a Cleric, it's just not an option.
EDIT: On a whim, went back and checked Tasha's on the marketplace. They've removed Order? I...what?! Did I miss something? Or am I just blind?

It is under GGTR, not TCOE. I would double check your purchase history and make sure you bought the entirety of GGTR (and not just the compendium) or specifically the subclass.
If you do not see it under your purchase history, but you have had access to it before, you could have had access to it due to being in a campaign with Content Sharing turned on.
Yes, that is what I was doing. When I purchased it, I purchased the whole book. Not just the compendium, the whole package. When I now look on the marketplace, Order Domain is no longer included but I know it was when I purchased it. And I know I should be able to access the subclass since I can see it when I check the "Cleric" section in Classes. But when it comes to character creation...nothing. Super confused. Also, never had content sharing on. All the stuff I have is what I have the reciepts to confirm I purchased.
Do you have access in the character creator to other things from Tasha's, like Wildfire druid? I'm wondering if maybe you bought the compendium version ($19.99) instead of the full version ($29.99).
Realised I should at least give some closure as to what happened here. After a lot of back and forth, I managed to get it working again. Basically had to completely sign out of Beyond, left it for a bit, signed back in and it was there. No clue what happened but hey, all's well that end's well.

Tried that. Revisited it after disabling and re-enabling it to see if that did anything. Still nothing.

I think they were trying to search for it in the marketplace to purchase it, so the Order Domain only appears under GGTR for purchase.
