Before anyone asks: yes; I am a master tier subscriber, yes; I do actually own the books I am trying to share content from, and yes; I know that the option is usually in the top left corner of the campaign menu when I click on it.

All of that established, the button that usually is in the top left is not there at all and not allowing me to share content in any new campaigns I create. All of the old campaigns and one shots I have still show content sharing enable and the button is in the correct place. But if I try to create a new campaign the button to enable content sharing is not even there. I've checked my subscription and I'm still subscribed so that's not the issue.

Anyone got any solutions?

Have you hit your limit of 5 campaigns for content sharing?

Yes.

It used to be 3 and during covid lockdown they increased to 5.
