Every time I try and download my PCs pdf it says, Failed - Forbidden. When I try to use the shortcut link it gives me this:

I don’t see anything odd on the character sheet. What’s the player’s username? Is it yours?

This might be a stupid question but what do you mean by player's username and where is that on the character sheet?

I tried your link and it does the exact same thing.

Like, for example, your username is WyteEagle777, mine is IamSposta. Who created that character?

It’s probably because of the # in your username, the system doesn’t like non-alphanumeric characters. Try putting in for a name change: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/65846-display-name-change-request-thread-v2).
