Odd, I'm seeing the feat option on a character of mine with the content access. Not saying it's not happening, but it's not happening to everyone at least. Repro rate is less than 5/5.
I also found this to be the case: I was able to select Remarkable Recovery for a character feat two days ago and today, when I tried to select it, it wasn't there.
I'm the purchaser of the content and I have Critical Role content turned on and it's just not there.

The content sharing screen doesn't show what you own, it shows what everyone owns in that campaign. The best way to verify that you own a book is to check your account marketplace information and verify you have the entitlement for it.
When I was messing with the cahracter creator I found this bug, you cant select the Taldorei feats even if you have the books right now.
Where are thou Remarkable recovery?
I remember it was selectable previously and before that question becames obvious, yes, I bought that book
Do anybody else have that problem?

Exactly the same case
I have the book Taldorei, that has the sorceror subclass runechild:
The critical role and hb is open
And even so there is no option of the subclass runechild
This is a thing since October from the last year....

I bought the books from before hand. I put the cmaping share only to show that I have those books on.
