Just like the title says. None of the my purchased content appears available. Also I keep getting prompted to subscribe but according to apple my subscription is good until March 3rd.
Are you sure? It happens by accident all the time. It’s as simple as accidentally logging in under a different method (Wizards, Google, Apple). Try logging out and logging in again under the various other methods and see if you can find your stuff.
It should show you your Subscription information, your Order Transactions, and your Current Product Licenses. At the top should be your Account Entitlements. If your data is not in sync, it'll say there. If it is in sync:
Your entitlements data is in sync! You should have nothing to worry about, but contact our Support Team if you're having problems accessing your purchased content.
I am confused about you saying according to apple your subscription is good through March 3 though.
Same issue here, I purchased book content from google play over the course of a few months, through the DnD Beyond app. Everything was perfectly fine, both in the app and on the website. I had started running a whole campaign with no issues. I had made a few characters using the aforementioned book content. Well, fast forward to 8 months later I log back in (as I would any other time) and all my characters are gone, as well as the 9 books I had purchased. I have attempted to log out, and back in, I have also updated the app, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. I am still seeing the same issue. I took to the internet to see what the issue could be and first attempted to re-sync my google account, no dice. It says my account is in sync and there should be no issue. I with 100% confirmation have verified that I'm logged into the correct account. I have one other account and checked that one as well. I still have all the google play receipts from all of my purchases, my purchase history through Google play further indicates that the books belong to the account in question. To further troubleshoot, I went into an older phone I had the d&d beyond app on and checked there, with the account in question. Without the update to the app and staying off the internet on that older phone, I had access to the missing books there. I even took to the app just to see what would happen if I attempted to "repurchase" the already purchased books. When I do that, I get an error message that says "you already own this item". However, the books are not in my library and when I attempt to open any content from them it takes me to the "add to cart screen." I reached out to the Support team for Wizards of the Coast, they said it was an issue with Google. I reached out to Google and they said that it was an issue with Wizards of the Coast. Google verified that the purchases were completely settled (makes sense as some of them are months old, so I feel like if it was a purchase issue, I would have had problems way sooner) so it was not a failure in payment. I attempted to reach back out to the Wizards of the Coast support team and the trail has gone cold there, as they have yet to respond after I explained Google's position. I would honestly just like access to my books again, I don't even care about the characters at this rate, but I don't know what else to do. I do also have images from when they were previously in my library as proof that I did once have access to them; I also still have the receipts for all the missing books, and images of the error message I get if I attempt to repurchase the books. If this further assists in resolution.
Any and all help is appreciated, -Artem

Is it possible you have two accounts because you've signed in with different services over time?
Nope never had two accounts

It shows I have the purchased content. When I try to access it in the encounter builder it gives me one of these.
