I am using Chrome browser and have had this issue since yesterday. Cannot access any dndbeyond page except landing page (which loads very slowly). It doesn't allow me to log in or to do anything within dndbeyond. When using mobile app or mobile website, both with home wi-fi and mobile ISP, everything works perfectly. When I connect via VPN on my pc - it all works as well. Cache clearing, different browsers, reinstalling them didn't work as well. DNS flush and router restarting/reverting to defaults didn't help either. What do?
I am using AboveVTT extension which doesn't seem to be the case. It works as usual, and turning it off or reinstalling it didn't help as well. Am I somehow banned from accessing dndb? My friends from the same country (Russia) don't have such issues. What could be the case?
I've been experiencing this exact issue as well. The dndbeyond site loads and refreshes amazingly slowly while other websites load normally. Oddly, walmart.com was also giving me all kinds of slowness and network issues, but literally every other website has been working fine. I'm also using chrome, but I'm in USA.
Good call on the vpn - turning on my vpn makes both dndbeyond and walmart load normally. It's a darn weird issue and I haven't got the faintest idea what's causing it.
Yes, I do, but I tried different browsers and clean installs which don't help as well. I am really confused why this happens, as it seems that DNDB is not blocked in my country and DNDB doesn't block my country from accessing it. So yeah, only VPN remains. Any thoughts?
Wish it was, but it isn't - I can't access DNDB without it. I asked one of my players to install and use it - and he was able to access everything as usual. I'm at a loss at this point. Is there any way to message DNDB technical support or something?
Use the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page.👇Be patient, it’ll probably take them at least a week to respond. Do NOT submit more than 1 ticket or it’ll just take longer.

Are you running any other browser extensions? One of them might have updated their code and now it interferes with DDB.

It could be the VPN itself causing the issue. 🤷♂️
