Under the Game Rules, Monsters, section of D&D beyond, there is no partnered content. Even searching it by name does not bring it up. I noticed this because I was looking through the law CR giants for the Forest Marauder from the newly added Tome of Beasts 1 and did not see it. I checked to see if the Explorer's Guide to Wildemount content was there because I saw it there previously and it was not either. Is there a reason that the Partnered Content is no longer showing under the Monsters section, or is this a bug? Also, knowing this, we may want to check the other sections and see if those are also missing Partnered Content.
After a quick search under the Magic Items section for the Acheron Blade from Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, it is not appearing there either. It seems as though all of the Game Rules subsections no longer support Partnered Content.
You have to go into advanced filters and enable partnered content. Not sure why this is off by default but it is.
It’s off by default because a lot of people only use official stuff sometimes.
It wasn't a question really - It was a statement of it in my opinion being an odd choice based on where the filter is (hidden in a collapsed menu so it's not obvious - this issue has come up multiple times) and not being able to save it. Forcing those of us who own/want to use partnered content to set it every time. There's a happy middle ground somewhere in there - maybe a button similar to the encounter builder of 'remember my filters'.
I also feel by this logic by default we should only see what we own and have to enable what we don't as the vast majority of people only use what they own/have access to. I get they want to market the stuff but it's odd they don't want to market 3rd party the same way imo. It feels inconsistent with the experience of seeing everything always unless we filter it down.
I run a small script that adds the url query to ensure it's always on so it's a not a big deal to me I just think it's an odd decision on their part.

I agree with them about it being off by default, after all their primary objective is to promote and enable official gameplay. However I also agree with you that the toggle should be more obvious and accessible, and that the site should remember our preferred search settings.
I wish I could toggle the partnered content to "On" ...as wearying of opening advanced menu each time and ticking pox every time I look for monsters...

Right below the normal search section and right above the actual monsters, you should see the words “Show Advanced Filters”.

You can add a bookmark with whatever default filters you want applied.
