Whenever i try and access my subscriptions page I get an Internal Server Error.
It's a problem I've had for years and I've tried contacting support a number of times to get it fixed with no luck.
I ended up just asking support by email to cancel my subscription as I wasn't looking at using D&DBeyond for a while anyway. Now I'm in a position where it could be useful again, but i still can't access it.
As said I've attempted to go through the support page, making tickets to get the issue resolved. but without luck, it appears support doesn't understand my issue, and are unable to help me. I'm confident this isn't a user issue, but rather something incredibly strange tied to my old account.
So before i just write off my account as a loss and drop D&DBeyond, I'm trying this forum post to hopefully catch the attention of anyone able to look at my account and possible solve the issue. - It's worth a try anyway.
Prior to making this post it was also tied to my twitch, something I believe I also used when making the account originally. I however, don't use twitch anymore and suspected it might be connected to my issue - so I tried removing the connection, sadly to no effect.

Now that you’ve removed Twitch, try clearing your cache and cookies and see if that helps.

That was my first thought too, but then I took a closer look at the URL in the image in their first post and it appears that they are on the correct page:
For clarification to others who may experience the same issue.
I suspect it's to do with the twitch integration, the browser I used was a fresh install of Chrome. So the the fact I was still not seeing an effect directly after removing the integration might be due to a server side cache, who knows..
Try removing your connection to twitch and come back a day or so later. That did the trick for me.
Thank you IamSposta, while it turns out I was on the right track before your post, your help is still appricated.
