How do you know if your shadow banned? I don’t have any chargebacks or anything. I sent detailed information to Supoort. One back and forth so far just giving them details… waiting for a solution.
I'm not sure, that's the only info I can find on someone with this issue that had it solved. I sent them the same information and had a back and forth with support before. I'm hoping to have a solution before the pre-order for VtM is over sense I want the bonuses.

I will have to wait for a new purchase option to show up in the app…. Can’t verify it right now, that’s what it did for me before… preorders don’t show up there though.
Did not work for me on the app. Same thing happened. You try to put something in the cart and it says something went wrong. You look and your not signed in. Click to sign in over and over and still nothing. Glad you got it to work though.
Yeah had the same message sent when I reported that I can't open the gift tab on my account it been 7 days now sense I gotten a response on my newest ticket.
Just open the ticket again don't make a new one just send a new message in the ticket to make it open back up

Nothing has worked so far. I am having the same problem.
The mobile app won’t work either because it opens a web page inside to the marketplace, which won’t sign in
it’s super frustrating…
Odd for me I can just purchase them through the app do you perhaps use an IPhone?
I have an android but i did try to buy from the phone and the app and it would not sign in when it switched to the marketplace.
You should be able to just click on the books you don't have and go through google to buy it
It opens a marketplace small web window and it has the same issues as the website

I gave them tons of details they asked for.
i have been waiting a while… I kept replying with updates when new things needed details…
Than just a little bit ago, today they marked it as Solved… they said thanks for reporting the Bug and watch the changed Log for updates….

this is not solved… it doesn’t answer why my son can log in on all my devices and everything works fine… but mine doesn’t
