This has been happening for about a month now. All of the character portraits I have uploaded to their respective sheets in D&D Beyond will not show up on the 'My Characters' list, nor on the character sheet itself. I have done the 'clear cache/cookies' from my browser multiple times, and within one day the image links are broken once again.
Please look into the issue because while not showstopping, it is mildly annoying to deal with...
That happened to mine first! Then, they just don't show up. Clear internet stuff, and they are fine for a few hours to a day then they don't show up at all. It's frustrating.
It appears to be a cookie management problem -- I was seeing image loading issues with 400 errors and an "exceed max header size" response from the site (max appears to be 8192 bytes), and, well, the source of the excess header size was cookies. They should maybe increase that limit (8192 is not very large) but may also be spamming unnecessary cookies.

That tracks... My entire profile on here is being effected. I had to change my avatar because even THAT wasn't working. @d&dbeyond, please fix this!! This is starting to get really frustrating.

Try this. Might read that entire thread to see what we theorize its from. I gave up on dndbeyond ever fixing the issue.

Thanks!
Mine are showing up but are now stretched out when I pull up their sheets.

all my sheet portraits are hella skewed now as well. very frustrating yet sadly not at all surprising given the management of this site

Hm. Yeah, the ratings cookie, after me clearing cookies relatively recently, had already crawled up to 3k in size.
