If you have the DMG's builder content (not the compendium only version) you can choose the Oathbreaker subclass in the character builder when you reach 3rd level in the Paladin class.
Did you purchase the “content only” or the “full version?” Only the “full version” ($30 USD)includes the interactive software for the site. The “compendium only” version is less expensive ($20 USD), but does not include those additional features. If you did purchase the compendium only version, it will count as credit towards the purchase of the full version, so you will only have to pay the $10 difference.
If you did purchase the Full Version, go to “my account” and see if your purchases are in sync. If they are not you should have the option to re-sync them. If it says you have not purchased that, check to see if the transaction actually went through. If it has, post again. They are dealing with a backlog of support claims because of the recent holiday compounded with Covid-19. Please do not submit any additional support claims, that will only slow the process down for everyone.

Use the homebrew tools to recreate it. Create a paladin subclass, using the free option in the dropdown as a template, so that you have features at all the required levels. Replace them one by one with the equivalent level feature for the subclass you're recreating. Most of it will just be text description. For the spells, any spells that you don't own or aren't free you'll need to homebrew also.
I'm sure it's right under my nose, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to apply the Oathbreaker option for my Paladin.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

D&D Beyond FoundersThe Oathbreaker subclass of the Paladin can be found in the Dungeon Master's Guide.
You will need access to that content on D&D Beyond and your paladin will need to be 3rd level to select their subclass.

Hey, can you point me to exactly where I select the subclass?
Should have access to the subclass, but just cant find it.

It should just be there. If you purchased it in the last 20 minutes it might just not have populated your builder with all the things yet.

You can just purchase the Oathbreaker itself for $1.99 if you don't have the extra cash for the full DMG right now as well.
@The_Glimpse how would you do that?
Go to the Marketplace tab (above) click on Store, click on Dungeon Masters Guide.
Scroll down and you'll see Subclasses for Death Domain and Oathbreaker. Click on Oathbreaker and Add to Cart.
