I have the PHB purchased and have since my first campaign, however, one of my players wants to play a Drow and it’s not showing as a possibility, what do I do/is this a bug?

Is content sharing turned on for that campaign? Is the player creating the character within the campaign, as opposed to creating the character and then adding it to the campaign?

Can you select it in the character creator?

Also, do you have a Master Tier subscription and are you content sharing in the campaign?

I’m making it on my account and sending it to her as her parents are rather strict and don’t want her playing the game.

This happened in my first campaign, but that player was fine settling for a Tiefling so it wasn’t an issue. Now it is. 

No. I am not able to find it in the creator and yes Am content sharing, but I am making the character for her.

Only thing I can think of right now is that you're looking for "Drow" and its listed as "Dark Elf" instead.

 It would definitely be listed as Drow. [Edit] My mistake, listed as Dark Elf in character builder.

It is an elf subrace, you are looking in the elf race group right?

They are listed as Dark Elf (Drow) so you're both right.
