Was scrolling through my characters rapidly on my phone and my thumb hit delete, as I went to tap view the confirm button popped up right in front of my finger and I lost a rather important character sheet.

Did contacting the support work? I am also stressing out since I also accidentally deleted my character sheet yesterday.

That’s a natural 1 on sleight of hand if I’ve ever seen it.

Waiting for a response from support since Friday, seems like you may be right :( 

Support doesn’t work weekends and sometimes they get backed up and it can take a couple days for them to get back to everybody.

I got my character back! Doing a Happy Dance

Thank you all for asking me to keep hope and many many thanks to the Tech team at D&D Beyond. 

My Character sheet came back with all my notes, equipment, gold everything back. 

I just wish I didn't have to wait 2 weeks between each reply from the support and I also wish that the delete button wasn't this conveniently located that all it takes is one accidental click.

 Most of the time Support gets back to us within 72 hours, they are just unbelievably busy at the moment. Like, four times their normal workload busy because of the system upgrades they are doing.

I'm, wanting to restore a character too, but they haven't replied to me. I sent my request nearly a week ago.

 Tasha’s release and the cyber Monday sale increased support requests exponentially.  They are behind. If you haven’t heard anything by Monday, I suggest you post again here with your ticket number. Sometimes the mods are able to check on ticket statuses. Please don’t submit repeat support tickets, as that also contributes to delays in responses.

Contacted support for sheet recovery that was backed up but is now nowhere to be found. If it was deleted awhile back, that shouldn't effect their ability to find it, right?

Hi, me and a couple of my friends were messing around and I got angry after they were messing with my character. I know that it was irresponsible on my part but I deleted the character believing there would be a way to bring it back. I now realize that what I did was possibly irreversible and I truly do not want to lose this. I spent hours working on this characters lore and backstory, he truly means the world to me and I don’t want to lose him. Please give me Strawheld back.

I know you are extremely busy but I would just like to reinstate the fact that this character means so much to me. I have created fifteen allies to go along with him and his lore so that he may be a better character. Not only that I have let down my campaign please return him as soon as time permits. I know there is a chance you cannot but please if you do have the time give Sir Strawheld bqck to Malefencio. Please contact me if you need any more information.
