Hello AaronWho! The unique spellcasting feature provided by the "Mark of" races in the new Eberron title are not presently supported on D&D Beyond, but the team plans to implement a solution to this in the future. You can find more information about this in the first post of the Eberron Support Thread.
After the character sheet revamp, which I believe is in progress, and I imagine that it will come along with, or shortly after Class Feature Variants. It's talked about every week in the Dev Update on Thursdays.
That’s interesting, considering that ERftLW only came out, what, 6 months ago and they didn’t exist before that. The social isolation must make it seem longer.

It's now April 2020 and it's still not supported. Can we get an update on this?
I'm not sure to what you are referring in that quote. When the eberron book came out in Nov 2019, they wrote:
"Spells of the Mark" ... adds spells to the character's spell list, if that class has spellcasting or pact magic. We haven't been able to model that correctly at this time, but will implement as soon as we are able to.
Im creating a mark of hospitality halfling character and it’s not adding the friends cantrip, just prestigitation.
Friends is in the PHB, it is not free.
What about the expanded spell list? I am working on one and I do not see goodberry or sleep?

Is there an update as to when this feature would be implemented?
This still does not seem to be updated.
Correct, the Spells of the Mark are still not integrated yet.

That was kinda my point. They've been "working on it" for three years now.
