First, on my personnal computer, everything works fine. But When I'm at work (I'm a highschool teacher and I run a DnD activity with 3 groups of 7 students), I can't view or edit a character also, I can't create an encounter.
I already asked the network admin to unlock DnDBeyond domain and the site runs ok. I'm writing this post with my job's computer.
But, I tryed to view or edit a character on different PCs, Laptops, Macbook, Ipad, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Edge and I asked another time the Admin to see if there is anything that could block the site from our side. The answer is no... So ?
Is someone can do anything to help me please ? :)

I’m having same issues my main issues is they go on and on about features about new features on this or whatever and I can’t even access my account on my computer or app luckily it let me in on my phone through a browser having been away from D&D since the 80s I thought I was wise and did my homework about D&D beyond having already saved up and gotten my year subscription and the sourcebook bundle. I’m really re thinking about getting the legendary book bundle being a disabled DM it’s a really let own to watch a devils update about all the cool features and after the going on about all the features then finally explains the way to get the cool stuff is pre order something that does not happen in my world. And trying to deal with getting into my account as others are having same issues. Not a very good taste or impression so far I want to like it yet I’m just a little frustrated right now. I couldn’t imagine being a teacher and not being able to access as I have invested quite a bit for myself but any issue is a big thing.trying to hope for the best
Please try the following steps. If it still doesn't work after following these steps, I would recommend opening a ticket with support.
1. Log out and log back in.
2. Clear your cache and cookies.
3. Open a private browsing window and login on that window to try again. If this helps, you may have extension or other browser add-on that is impacting D&D Beyond.

There aren't any features locked behind preorders. The only thing preorders unlock is cosmetics for the character sheet (backgrounds, themes, and portrait frames). And you can preorder books as easily as you can purchase the ones that are already out.

It sounds as though your work network may have a firewall or some other intentional blockage that may be impacting your use of D&D Beyond while on their network. If you don't believe that to be the case, I may recommend reaching out to our Support team.
Thanks for the help everything I tried did not work that day yet the next day the system seams to be stable and I can access from my computer and phone.

Some basic questions to start with:
Can you view and edit characters that you have made (under Creations->Characters)?
Are your players in a campaign with you, and do you have the Dungeon Master role (ie are you the campaign creator)?
