If you “downloaded” it that means to the DDB app. You will have to open the app to view it there. To view it here on the website, simply follow this step:

I didn’t realize that the codes existed until recently, so I grabbed my box from 2021 and the codes don’t work. I purchased the box from a bookstore in 2023.

I have the same thing, just an advertisement with no codes.
It seems essentials pack no long contain digital codes :) until approximately 2 years ago, they contained it, but they no longer do.
