i am creating a magic weapon for one of my players, i want it modeled after a greatsword but because of the size and material, it needs to do a little more damage. every time I create it makes it 2d6, but i want to change that how would i make it 3d6?
You can make the great sword do 1d6 extra slashing damage, but it will be listed separate and really only visible if you click on the item unfortunately. The modifier for this is damage - slashing.

You have to use a custom action. Changing the base damage of weapons is not supported right now.
