It's too cumbersome with the current set up to apply it on the sheet as an automatic thing. This is because "pact" weapon is a temporary designation since you can change the weapon, and thirsting blade is an optional invocation that only affects pact weapon - it's difficult for them to be linked.
If you intend to use the current weapon as your pact weapon long term, then just customise it and put the damage in the notes so it displays on the sheet. Better for your 10 seconds than the developers several hours or even days of coding.
