I bought the Race Bundle, but it's nowhere to be found. When I try to create a Tabaxi character it just doesn't work. Also, I noticed that the order was 2.99$ (Order #00171), but now race bundle is listed 10.99$ so...help.
If you have a query or issue about billing or purchases, please head over to the D&D Beyond support site. The support team will be able to assist you with this matter.
No, it's not a problem about pricing. I don't mind if I have to pay more, I just want to understand what I bought...since there is nothing in my compendium. :)
Did you actually buy the whole race bundle or just certain races? If you go to the marketplace and bring it up, do any races have "view details" or a price tag? If a price tag: you didn't buy them.

I bought the the race pack deal...then went back and bought the whole book because I could not find a way that worked to give me my three races. Felt scammed.

I’m sorry you felt the need to buy the whole book, but I note that you never answered Cyb3rm1nd’s questions. They and I and no doubt others would have been happy to help you sort it out without going to that extreme. I can confirm that individual purchases work, as I’ve made use of them. I’m confident we could have found a solution that didn’t require you spending more money.
I am new here so i have been trying to learn what to get so i dont get scammed by these people also, but I am starting to think that is the real reason for the site. I do not have an issue paying for the character sheet monthly access (building this took tons of work), but I own the content in the books and then these jokers want me to buy a digital copy of the book (again) just to add it on my sheet (i already have permission via my books to the data). So i could add in the content as homebrew from my own books but the creation system for items, feats, skills, (at least on the free access) is not great. Was tempted to get the master subscription for a year, but I am feeling that even after that purchase nothing will be available so I like you, am wary about getting scammed. If you have/find out that helps wade through the bs let me know please.

If you bought a banana from Fruit Shop A do you expect Supermarket B to give you free bananas because you bought one previously elsewhere? Do you buy a game from Playstation Store and then expect to get free copies from Xbox Live?
Some facts you appear to be missing:
1. This site, D&D Beyond, is a separate company from Wizards of the Coast (WotC) who make D&D. D&D Beyond, this site, received absolutely nothing from your physical purchases. They resell the access rights to you to provide you the content, much like bookstores sell you the books. In order to provide you access to non-free content D&D Beyond must pay WotC for licensing. It is not a scam for D&D beyond to want money for something they have to actually pay out to provide you.
2. The site tools such as the Character Sheet, are entirely free. You don't need to pay anything at all to use them.
3. The site includes the Basic Rules content free and options are provided for the character sheet and tools.
4. The site offers homebrew tools that you can use to recreate content from any physical book you own for your own use for your character sheets. Like other tools this is free.
#3 and #4 together this means you can play D&D on here entirely and completely 100% for free.
There is no scam here.

I appreciate the help. So it has nothing to do with D&D Beyond, it is the WotC that is the issue. That makes me feel better. So many people nowadays just want to rip others off you never know who to trust. I have been playing with the homebrew section and if new people are reading this, that is the place to add in items not one the character sheet section. Homebrew has much better functions, although your items can not be similar to stuff WotC makes or you can not share them.
