I wish to play a artificer following the Armour subclass but when i go to buy the Sub classes from Eberron: Rising from the Last War(which include Alchemist, Artillerist and Battle Smith) i doesn't include what i'm looking for which is the Armorer and i'm unaware if when you buy lets say, the Battle smith you get the artificer class as well as the armorer subclass (cuz maybe its just a package deal?)

Purchasing any of the Artificer subclasses from Eberron: Rising from the Last War will also grant you the Artificer base class with it.
The Armorer subclass is Unearthed Arcana and is thus free, but, as you have seen, requires that you have unlocked the Artificer class first.
If you just want to play an Armorer Artificer, then purchase any one of the Artificer subclasses from Eberron: Rising from the Last War.

That switch will turn on lots of other subclasses for other classes as well as some spells and feats too.
