I created a Shadow Fey (Midgard) subrace. I can see it in my homebrew content, and it says it's published, but I (and others) can't find it when we browse Homebrew Content. Also, players in my campaign can't select the race. Worked before but discovered that it's no longer selectable or appearing as published homebrew content last night.
First of all, do not publish homebrew that is not your original content, such as content from the Kobold Press Midgard setting. Sharing content to the community is for your original work only. You can view our Homebrew Rules & Guidelines for more information.
Your private homebrew is automatically shared with the other users in your campaign, this homebrew is part of the private homebrew category. However, once homebrew has been made public it becomes part of the public homebrew category. Public homebrew is only shared if a user in the campaign has a Master Tier subscription and turns content sharing "On", as the ability to add public homebrew to your collection is a paid subscription feature.
As this content belongs to someone else and violates our Homebrew Rules & Guidelines, I have rejected it. As it is now a part of your private homebrew, users in your campaign who have Homebrew turned on in their character sheet should be able to select it as their subrace.
Just got a note that it was rejected, which wasn't the case last night (said successful) and this morning. However...this still doesn't show up as a selectable race in my campaign, even though it's private homebrew content.
Homebrew subraces and variants of official races can't be searched for. It has been that way since the mega menus update some time ago and has not been fixed despite multiple bug reports (like 3-6, not dozens, but still).
Make sure homebrew is enabled in character preferences.
It is a subrace, so check the parent race group.
Since you tried to publish it, it may have been removed from your private homebrew. Try editing it and saving again or making a copy.
Having a similar issue. Created an aarakocra variant under the parent race (legacy) called Ignikocra. It appears as published and accepted to the community in my homebrew collection but cannot find in browser.

I don't see any published homebrew Races with you as the author. Check your Homebrew Creations again and make sure of its status.

Subraces and Variant Races are not currently searchable under published homebrew, only base races are.
