Still an issue. Rolled a Mark of Scribing Gnome Artificer and can't see the Spells of the Mark spells. The Scribe’s Insight spells work, just not Spells of the Mark. And I can't add them separately (even if I homebrew) because they'd count as part of my prepared spell list. Please fix. I'm just going to have to remember I have them and do it manually and ain't nobody got time for that.
My preferred work around is to homebrew a background and add the spells that way. Spells of the mark work the same way as guild spells (which they were able to get working on release...).
I wound up building a feat with all of the Spells of the Mark. It'll work, I just can't figure out how to set the use mechanic. I just gave each spell more uses than I have spell slots haha. What are the benefits of choosing a background vs. a feat? Can a character have multiple backgrounds?

If you make a custom version of the background that you are already using and attach the spells of the Mark to that then they work correctly on the character sheet without having to set any “use mechanics.”

Hi, so I've been messing around with a Mark of Healing Halfing, and i've noticed now twice when making it the spells added to your spell list aren't the spells of the mark, but the Healing Touch spells, which are supposed to be able to be cast once (one of either spell) for free, and then you get a couple spells added to your list automatically. Instead, it's just showing the Healing Touch spells, and not the Spell of the Mark, Cure Wounds and Healing Word for level 1, and Lesser Restoration and Prayer of Healing. I can't seem to find a way to force these spells into my spell list (as they are not part of my normal class spells).
Spells of the Mark have not yet been implemented as precursor work was needed to have them function fully and correctly. That precursor work has recently been completed, so the work needed to get Spells of the Mark functioning fully can now begin.
For the time being, you can implement Spells of the Mark using the homebrew tools; either by making copies of the spells and adding your characters class to the available classes for those copies, or by making a copy of the subclass and adding the spells to that subclass.
I've just been working on a new character and have picked the Mark of the Sentinel variant human for a race. Only problem is, the extended spell list doesn't seem to have been added? My class is a fighter/Eldritch Knight, who is level 3.
I'm probably doing something wrong, but a friend has tried too and no luck.
Dragonmark variants/subraces - there are 13 of these presented in Chapter 1. All of them have a racial feature named, "Spells of the Mark" that adds spells to the character's spell list, if that class has spellcasting or pact magic. We haven't been able to model that correctly at this time, but will implement as soon as we are able to.

I have a mark of passage human that receives extra spells but those are not showing on the character sheet. He's a Wizard so the big one he can't access is pass without a trace.
DDB has not yet been able to implement Spells of the Mark, but they are working on it. In the meantime, just make a homebrew copy of Pass Without a Trace, rename it so you know it is a mark spell, and add Wizard (and potentially any other missing class) to the “available for classes” list.
I noticed a few days ago and still today that the "Spells of the Mark" subrace feature on the dragonmarked houses are not adding the spells to casters spell lists when selected as the race.
This is covered in the first post of the Rising from the Last War feedback thread. Yes, it's being addressed. For now, homebrew the spells appropriately, or make a feat that grants them.

I noticed that Faerie Fire is not on the spell list for the Mark of Finding Ranger even though it should be there according to the Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron... Unless I misunderstood.

Is this a bug or am I just not reading it right?

Okay, thank you. Was mainly just making sure i wasn't an idiot and not doing something right. Fairly new to all this still.

As for an interim solution:
