A workaround for the moment is to homebrew the mark spells. For example, make a copy of wind wall, change the name to wind wall—Mark of Storms and then add wizard (and any other missing caster classes) to the list of classes that can use it.
The dragonmark spells say that they show up on classes with the spellcasting feature, but when I make a Mark of Handling Human artificer, the spells don't show up on the list.
Dragonmark variants/subraces - there are 13 of these presented in Chapter 1. All of them have a racial feature named, "Spells of the Mark" that adds spells to the character's spell list, if that class has spellcasting or pact magic. We haven't been able to model that correctly at this time, but will implement as soon as we are able to.
As a workaround, you can make homebrew versions of the mark spells and add the missing classes to the “available to classes” box. Just be sure to add “mark off Handling” to the spell name of the homebrew spell so its clear that’s what it is for.
I'm not sure if I am missing something simple or if this is a bug, and I have searched for others with the same issue to no avail.
When making a Mark of the Sentinel Human as a level 3 Fighter (Eldritch Knight), the spells Compelled Duel and Shield of Faith do not appear on the available list of spells.
Guardian's Shield is being applied correctly, however, though I assume because it isn't being added as a spell but rather a "once per long rest" ability.

Several of those threads also mentions a work around until it is fixed: make homebrew copies of the spells in question, change their name to add ”Mark of Sentinel” (or the appropriate Mark) and add the eldritch night and other missing classes/subclasses to the “available to classes” box.

Sorry if my answers are mean. You start to run low on patience after 10 or 20 of these questions where not only is the answer in a pinned thread, but also on every page or 2 of the forum because of how often it is asked despite the answer being so easy to find...
In fact, this is the fourth day in a row someone has reported it and at least the 8th time this month.
I tried to create a halfling Mark of Healing with the Warlock class, but the extended spells were not added to my spell list. The ability mentions Pact Magic as a type of magic the mark expends.

There are people who talk about work arounds by homebrewing copies of the missing spells and adding them to your classes spell list in that thread as well. For example, you could create a copy of the Cure Wounds spell and rename it Cure Wounds - Mark of Healing then remove the spell from all class spell lists and add it to the ones you need such as the Warlock spell list.

Just ran into this today with Mark of Passage. Hope they fix it soon.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don't think it was mentioned in the dev update (or I forgot it). I hope so too.
You can work around it by copying the spell and adding it to classes it is not normally a part of.
With the Mark of Scribing the 2nd level spells Animal Messenger and Silence don’t seem to show in the spell list.

I'm trying to add Floating Disk to my character with the mark of making but it doesn't seem to be an option.
I have Eberron content enabled so it should be added to spells known correct?
