I created a homebrew spell with the intent of applying it to the Circle Spells of the Spores Druid and set it to be applied to that spell list when creating the spell. I published the spell in hopes of getting feedback on it, but I decided to switch it to the main Druid spell list after initially making it public in order to make it so I could opt out of having it on my spore druid's character sheet, but the only way to do that was to create a new version and republish it. The problem is that now the former version still exists on the "previous versions" section of the public page, and that version is still appearing in my character's prepared spells. I have tried removing the version of the spell from my collection, deleting it, turning homebrew off on the character, creating a new character that is the Circle of Spores, and every combination there upon (so, yes, I finally did all four of those things in order). In every case, the spell now shows up in all Circle of Spores characters' spell list regardless of if homebrew is allowed. Here is the spell in question (Version 1.2 is the problem): https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/551305-mycas-mycelial-meadow-maker
As far as I know there is nothing you can do about it. When I warn people against publishing until after at least a couple months of playtesting and editing this is part of the reason why. It’s a pain in the neck, isn’t it? The best I can suggest is to log out, log back in, wait 20 minutes, and hope to heck that when the server cache has cleared it will take care of it.
Next time you want feedback, instead of publishing it, copy it and paste it into a thread in the homebrew forum and ask for reviews there. That way you can get feedback and be able to avoid instances like this in future.
I’m sorry I cannot help you with this, but hopefully I have been able to help you avoid future instances such as this. Good luck.
I appreciate the info. If I wasn't trying to make it available to my DM to review it via internet, I probably would have held off, but alas, sometimes you learn the hard way. I'll heed the advice going forward. Many thanks!

It happens to everyone who homebrews sooner or later. Just remember, copy/paste: (Originally a UA spell that got all chives, but reproduced as homebrew for private use so can not be published.)

Music of a style you choose fills the air around you in a 30-foot radius. The music spreads around corners and can be heard from up to 100 feet away. The music moves with you, centered on you for the duration.
Until the spell ends, you make Charisma (Performance) checks with advantage. In addition, you can use a bonus action on each of your turns to beguile one creature you choose within 30 feet of you that can see you and hear the music. The creature must make a Charisma saving throw. If you or your companions are attacking it, the creature automatically succeeds on the saving throw. On a failure, the creature becomes friendly to you for as long as it can hear the music and for 1 hour thereafter. You make Charisma (Deception) checks and Charisma (Persuasion) checks against creatures made friendly by this spell with advantage.
