Under feats as I was leveling up. I have a full list of feats. But warcaster is gone. I still have the advantage green tag under my save throws. but the feat feature say none is chosen.

Logged in today, had a message that directed me to update my character sheet's (Tiefling Multiclass Fighter 2/Warlock 4) Ability Score Improvements section under the Character Builder. Previous to today, I had selected War Caster as my character's feat gained at Warlock 4. However, today when I checked this section, it wasn't selected - and inaccessible for some reason.
I checked, and War Caster is still in the PHB, which I have purchased access to, so I am not sure why I can't select it now. Any ideas?
i see you added it as a bonus feat but i dont think it matters that it says it is blank as long as you remember oh that is to kilgore but poban can we see yours
If you click Features & Traits-> Feats-> Manage Feats you should be able to I select the feat, and then go back to the builder and you should be able to select the feat there.
I have solved the issue, I think. From my character sheet I had to actually go into the Feats tab and remove the War Caster feat from there. Then, I went into the Character Builder screen and selected Warlock-Class Features-> Ability Score Improvement-> Feats-> War Caster (It was there after removing it). Now the notification doesn't pop up when I access the character sheet. Strange thing to have to do, but at least I fixed it.

This isn't strange, you forced War Caster onto your character as a bonus feat. It doesn't let you choose it on level up when you force it as a bonus because you already had it. Upon removal, it now lets you choose it.
Glad you've resolved it - in the majority of cases, if you can't select something in D&D Beyond for a character option, it's because the character doesn't qualify, or already has that option.
The message you received sounds like it was from a browser extension or 3rd party application, rather than D&D Beyond.

It's more of a nuisance to see the message each time I load the character really, and the bug should be fixed if it exists.
