some weeks ago we started a campaign where I play an Artificer who has just reached LV4. Ever since reaching LV2, I have noticed that I can't seem to access any subclasses, nor add Artificer Infusions.
For the content sharing feature, our DM provides us access to various Expansions and the like, including: - Eberron: Rising from the Last War - Explorer's Guide to Wildemount - Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide - Xanathar's Guide to Everything
Apart from that we have noticed an issue when leveling up a character causing a major delay when adding to rolled HP and it showing up in the character sheet... But I guess this one has already be mentioned somewhere else.
On the “home” tab of the character creator, make sure that the toggle next to “Eberron Content” is on (red). If not, turn it on.
If it is on try logging out and back in to trigger the server to reset its cache. Then wait 20 minutes for the character sheet to reset and try it again.

Have the Dm do the following:
-make sure their entitlements are in sync (click on user name in upper right, then accounts, then markeplace)
-have them turn off content sharing and turn it back on
-have players check their entitlements (as first step above)

D&D Beyond FoundersI just had a look at the character sheet you linked and all content is turned off, except for homebrew.
As IamSposta recommends, you need to toggle on Eberron content, to be able to see the Artificer subclasses and other Artificer related content.
