I have invited a player to a campaign. Normally when I do so, the players have access to characters I've made. For 3 years now I've shared campaigns/characters like this with no issue.
For some reason, I have a player that can't see any characters when she follows my campaign link.
She must be running the browser extensions that was made buggy as part of the most recent update.
I'm not sure that is the case. I had a friend check it that I know for a fact doesn't have any chrome extensions installed and he couldn't see characters either.
Thanks for the response.
Is there any other thing you can think of that would be causing a conflict?
Could an extension I have installed affect my players' access to things?

Do you have any unclaimed characters in that campaign? They will only see specifically unclaimed character that are specifically in that campaign.
Also, there was just an update that is currently making it difficult for some users to see characters.
Never mind... I figured out what I was doing wrong.
Apparently you have to add them to a campaign, then unassign them??? I've never done that before that I remember and I've got nearly 20 users in my various campaigns. Have not had this problem once.

Weird.
If you build them directly in that campaign as a DM, they get built automatically as “Unassigned.” You only have to unassign them if they are added to the campaign after being built.
