I just cancelled my hero subscription, and have to many heros. Now i have to choose six characters to unlock, which I did. when I press unlocking nothing happens, and I cant look at my characters because the button is covered with the unlock character button. I just want to delete some of my old characters. What should I do

ModeratorCan I have you try try in another browser or an incognito window?
And are you using VPN? Some VPNs interfere with parts of D&D Beyond.
