I am the DM for a campaign in which this character plays. I have created a homebrew spell called "Divine Conduit," but it's showing up multiple times in the Known Spells list and when I attempt to remove it I get a Beholder error:
Code 572506d363dc46eaaeccf1c2baaf228b, version 3.8.1
I don’t know how you set up the spell, or the feat, but let’s start with the feat since it isn’t published, so it’ll be easier to fix. All you need is to attach the spell by name and leave everything else blank. But don’t do that yet, wait until after you fix the spell.
The reason you are seeing it multiple times is because you designated that the spell is on the cleric class list, and on the individual subclass lists. When a spell appears on a subclass list like that it is automatically “always prepared,” but since since Cantrips are “known” and not prepared it makes the system buggy and it will always automatically take up a “known Cantrip” slot as well.
To fix the spell itself, you need to “create new version” and then you can fix it and replace it with a corrected version.
The first thing to fix is to remove all of the subclasses from the list of spell lists and make it just Cleric. That will solve at least half of your problem when it’s all done.
After that I can probably help you fix any other glitches in the code before you republish it.
I've copied the spell and removed all Cleric subclasses, so it's just Cleric. I've also removed the feat (Warcaster DC) from the character and replaced it with just Warcaster.
And yet I'm still seeing the Divine Conduit spell 4 times. I'm very confused!

That character still has the old version too. What you will have to do is remove the old version of the spell from your collection. You may also need to remake the character from scratch to get rid of the ghost of the old version of the spell since you published it.
That is just one of the many many reasons to not publish homebrews unless you are 1,000% sure that it is perfect. Playtesting and editing this stuff takes time, sometimes a couple of months. Always playtest and edit your homebrews extensively before publishing them.

Post a link to your homebrewed spell so a moderator can look at it for you. Even if it is unpublished they will still be able to view it.

FWIW, I was adding this to the user's spell list via a homebrew feat (https://www.dndbeyond.com/homebrew/creations/create-feat/349548-war-caster-dc) so that it would NOT take up a spell slot... but it's still taking up a spell slot and throwing error on "Remove."
Thanks.

Woof. Is it possible to ask an admin to delete the published version?
You can ask, but they always say no. Published is permanent.

That is a very, very bad thing for them to do, especially if it's this buggy.
That’s why I always strongly urge people to not publish until they are 1,000% happy with it.
