I am selecting level 4 and level 8 Ability Score Improvement and adding intelligence, but it is not increasing my ability score, which stays static at 10/0. I add Intelligence to both levels, both slots, which should add 4 to Intelligence raw score, 2 to Intelligence modifier. But neither change appears on character sheet. Refreshed the page, changed between characters. No love.

What race, feats, and magic items does your character have? If you post a link to the character sheet and set it to public someone can look at it and likely diagnose it for you.

Make sure that you are not overriding your stat in some way. If you remove those edits then it should fix itself.
